Citrulline Malate (2:1), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate), Taurine, Flavouring, Caffeine Anhydrous, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Colour (Tartrazine^), Sweetener (Sucralose), Niacin (Niacinamide), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Mix 1 scoop (12.5g) with 250ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. NEW USERS: Use half scoop for the first 7 days. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
