Ingredients: beta-alanine, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, aromas, sodium citrate, calcium phosphate, creatine malate, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; L-tyrosine, acidity regulators - citric acid, malic acid; caffeine, sweeteners - acesulfam K, sucralose, cyclamates; nicotinamide – niacin, cayenne pepper extract (capsicum annuum L.), black pepper extract (piper nigrum L.), thickeners - sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, xanthan gum, acacia gum; pyridoxine hydrochloride - vit. B6, thiamine hydrochloride – vit. B1, colours: carmine (for red punch flavour), beta-carotene, carmine, riboflavin (for orange juice flavour), riboflavin (for citron power flavour and lime crime mint flavour), brilliant blue FCF (for blueberry madness flavour and refreshing berry flavor), riboflavin, brilliant blue FCF (for green apple blast flavour), E150d (for raging cola flavour).
Take 1 portion a day - depending on the body weight following dosing is recommended: below 75kg - 1 portion of 6g, 75-90kg - 1 portion of 12g, over 90kg - 1 portion of 18g, about 30 minutes before training. Portion size can be modified according to individual needs, planned exercise intensity and sensitivity to the product ingredients. Add 1 portion (6g powder = 2 scoops) to 100ml of water. Portion of 12g and 18g dissolve in 200ml and 300ml of water respectively. Consume directly after preparation.
