Citrulline Malate (2:1), Creatine Monohydrate, Beta-Alanine, Acid (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (Sodium Bicarbonate), Taurine, Choline Bitartrate (as VitaCholine™), Caffeine Anhydrous, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Calcium Silicate), Sweetener (Sucralose), Breathe Easy™ (Flavour), Colour (Beetroot Red), Niacin (Niacinamide), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).
Mix 1 heaped scoop (12.5g) with 250ml of cold water and consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. NEW USERS: Use half scoop for the first 7 days. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED. Scoops are estimate only, weighing scales are recommended.
