For an athlete's body, food is the first source of building material (proteins) and energy (carbohydrates and fats). Take one 1 capsules daily
Warning: not suitable for pregnant, breastfeeding women, women planning pregnancy and children below 18 years old. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the constituents of the preparation. Do not use other vitamin and mineral preparations at the same time you are using this product. Long term intake 18 mg of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Good product overall. I like the texture and how it feels on my skin. Would have given 5 stars but it took a bit longer than expected to see results.
